**THE ROLE: DOOR-TO-DOOR MARKETER & ESTIMATE SETTER**
As a key player on our team, you’ll have boots-on-the-ground involvement in one of the most effective marketing strategies out there—door-to-door canvassing. You’ll engage directly with homeowners, showcase our elite painting services, and set up consultations for estimates. Each door you knock on isn’t just an opportunity for us; it’s a step in your journey to mastering influence, communication, and entrepreneurship.

- Shifts: Day, Evening, and Weekends available
- Hourly Rate: $17.50-$35.00++/hr (Base + Performance Bonuses)
