- Diagnose and repair various types of appliances, including refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive repairs on appliances to ensure optimal performance
- Install new appliances and ensure proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and completed repairs

- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to assemble and disassemble appliances for repair or installation
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
- Class 5 driver's license
- C ticket gas technician
- Appliance Service experience min of 2 years.
- Must speak, write, and read English
- Basic Computer Skills
- Able to kneel, bend, stand, sit and lift equipment
- Well-organized
- Detail Oriented
- Positive Attitude

Desired but not required
- Gas Technician License
- Refrigeration License
- CFC Recovery
- Plumbing experience

As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances. You will also perform routine maintenance tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
