Vous êtes passionné par l'indemnisation et la résolution de sinistres en habitation et automobile? En tant qu' Expert(e) en sinistre interne - Habitation, vous travaillerez sous la direction du Directeur adjoint - Indemnisation et serez responsable de mener à bien toutes les activités liées aux règlements de sinistres, avec une majorité de dossiers en habitation et en biens.
- Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique et contribuez à offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients_

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
1. Communiquer avec tous les intervenants impliqués aux dossiers que ce soit lors de la gestion du premier appel ou au cours du traitement du dossier selon le moyen de communication choisi par ceux-ci.

2. Traiter toutes les différentes activités inhérentes à la gestion des dossiers de réclamation.- Recueillir et étudier les documents pertinents aux dossiers;- Établir la valeur de l’indemnité et la responsabilité de l'événement;- Communiquer l'offre de règlement aux assures;- Émettre le paiement.

3. Respecter les standards de qualité de service à la clientèle établis par l’entreprise.

4. Offrir occasionnellement, à la demande du directeur adjoint, du support aux préposés et aux experts en sinistres.

Vos talents et vos qualifications:
- Détenir un AEC ou un DEC en assurances générales ou l’équivalent- Détenir le certificat d’expert en sinistres délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers- Posséder au moins trois (3) années d'expérience en règlement de sinistres automobile- Avoir une bonne connaissance des directives et des contrats automobiles et habitation- Détenir le permis d’entreprise (atout)- Bonne maîtrise de la langue française parlée- Avoir une bonne connaissance en anglais (un atout)
- Appellation interne : Expert en sinistres interne II_
