**Position Location**:
This is a hybrid position that requires two in person days a week in our Mississauga office (7400 E Danbro Crescent, Mississauga, ON)
**Position Purpose**
The Operations Control Analyst is responsible for ongoing process and data analysis, problem solving, coaching and communication with the plant network for compliance controls.
The Ops Control Analyst will support the Ops Compliance audit program with audit package developments, auditor training, executing field plant audits to both capture and follow plant action items, while identifying best practices to support the continuous improvements for the plant network for various Ops pillars including Management, Lean Practices, Quality, Production, Inventory, Safety and Maintenance.
In addition, the role will provide Plant Stock Transaction controls and process support for Plant Corrections, analysis for reporting process measures, investigations for accurate resolutions, and process enhancements which result in reduction of plant stock deficits and C stock losses.
**Major/Key Accountabilities**
- Develop new and enhance existing audit forms, templates, and reports for current relevance to the business
- Travels to facilities to perform audits for Inventory & Transaction Controls, and Op's Compliance programs supporting standardization
- Support Compliance Controls process improvements with field work, documentation, and controls tools developments
- Maintain Audit Templates, Audit analysis and action follow up
- Perform plant stock audits to closure within set deadline per audit SOP
- Perform plant compliance audits and action follow up
- Identifying and recommending solutions to all system related issues in Plant Stock Management
- Support Audit Result summaries to Op's Compliance Manager
- Developing ad-hoc reports, support ongoing reports, and perform data analysis
- Proficiency in analyzing external reports and providing insights
- Support with training to the plant Inventory & Transaction personnel
- Support Op’s Transaction Management tasks with Reversals Tracking and ZINT closure performance
- Develop SOP’s, Posters, and Documents which support Best Practices for Ops Compliance and Transaction Accuracy
- Drive value to the Ops Compliance Audit program with auditor training, insight on SOP process changes, best practices, and follow up on all action items with the plant network
**Qualifications**
- University Degree
- Business Analytics
**Experience**
- Power BI and/or Business Warehouse is an asset
- Audit experience is an asset
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the work week
- Experience with accounting systems (Dynamics, SAP, or equivalent)
- Plant Inventory Controls experience
- Plant performance management experience
**Skills and Knowledge**
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Advanced level of knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and Word
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI and Business Warehouse
**Languages**
**Required **English **Desirable **French
Base pay range is $63,000-$75,000 annually.
Salary ranges provided take into account a wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications, geographic differentials and other business and organizational needs. Therefore, actual amounts offered may be higher or lower than the range provided. If you have questions, please speak to your Talent Acquisition Partner about the flexibility and detail of our compensation philosophy.
Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be part of a total offering beyond medical & retirement benefits and may include other monetary incentives or business benefits.
Pay: $63,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
