Position Description

**GROUP FITNESS INSTRUCTOR - CYCLING**:** What is a Group Fitness Instructor - Cycling?**

A Group Fitness Instructor - Cycling provides instruction of a high quality, safe and enjoyable experience in all Cycling classes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide instruction of a high quality, safe and enjoyable experience in all Cycling classes
- Promote/support your own classes/programs as well as other classes/programs to encourage Member engagement in Group Experience programming.
- Teach a minimum of twice per week and follow the subbing policy.
- Support Club Management with handling Member concerns with professionalism and care.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with Management and other Associates.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Freestyle Cycling certification
- CPR-A Certification; AED is strongly recommended
- Energetic and personable with a healthy and positive outlook
- Motivated, enthusiastic and dependable
- Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Knowledge of the Health and Fitness Industry
- Customer focused
- Ability to fully understand and embrace the company culture
- Demonstrated fit with GoodLife’s core values (Care, Trust, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Happiness, Personal Fitness)
- Must be committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion and embraces social and environmental responsibility
