- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy
- Operate machines such as milling machines, lathes, and CNC machines to shape and cut materials
- Program CNC machines to produce complex parts
- Fabricate tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures using various materials
- Assemble components to create finished products
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Troubleshoot issues with tools or equipment and make necessary repairs

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

- Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand tools and machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of engineering principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience programming CNC machines is a plus

**Skills**:

- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency in using calipers for precise measurements
- Experience operating milling machines, lathes, and CNC machines
- Familiarity with a variety of hand tools used in toolmaking
- Ability to assemble components accurately
- Programming skills for CNC machines is a plus
- Understanding of schematics and blueprints for tool fabrication
