Trampoline Coach

We are currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Trampoline Coaches to become valuable members of our team. This role encompasses approximately 5-10 hours per week, primarily focusing on coaching trampoline classes for youth aged 5 to 14 years, and also presents the exciting possibility of leading adult classes.

**Coach Duties**:

- Conduct safe and engaging trampoline classes for children aged 5 to 14 years old, focusing on skill development, coordination, and physical fitness.
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and learning styles.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to participants while maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Demonstrate proper trampoline techniques and safety protocols, ensuring participants adhere to guidelines at all times.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their trampoline skills and confidence.
- Uphold Airhouse's commitment to safety by adhering to all facility rules, regulations, and emergency protocols.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding participants' progress, achievements, and any concerns.

**Experience**:

- Passion for working with children and helping them develop physical skills and self-confidence.
- Strong understanding of trampoline safety protocols and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Patience, adaptability, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Organizational skills to develop and implement lesson plans effectively.
- Must have Standard First Aid (OF Level 1)
