**About Us**:
Advancement's goal is to advance the mission of the Ivey Business School by generating a significant financial contribution to the school’s budget.
**Responsibilities**:
The Data Integrity Administrator provides and maintains current and accurate information on all business school constituents stored in the Advancement database for the Advancement Department at the Ivey Business School. The Administrator plays a critical role in donation processing, data maintenance, liaising with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. the Western University Advancement department) financial balancing and reporting, maintaining training documentation and assigning work to a student assistant.
**Qualifications**:
- Education:
- 3 year Community College diploma
- Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in a high-volume data processing environment
- Previous experience in a client service role
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent data entry skills with high levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Verbal communication skills to clearly express ideas in an objective manner, and adapt communication style to suit the situation and audience
- Demonstrated ability take initiative, to work independently and follow through on work assignments
- Competency to maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to understand and resolve external and internal partner issues
- Ability to maintain a positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized and effective personal work environment
- Adapts readily and effectively to changing priorities and demands
- Personable and courteous in working relationships with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and the public
- Ability to demonstrate patience and focus to complete detailed administrative tasks
