Truck Dispatcher- Oilfield

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers to various oilfield locations based on customer needs and company priorities.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and field personnel to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment and materials.
- Monitor and track the location and status of trucks and drivers using GPS and other tracking systems.
- Coordinate with maintenance and safety teams to ensure all trucks and equipment are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, and equipment usage.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics, obtain permits, and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to transportation and safety.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the oilfield industry, preferably with strong understanding of rig moving and land locations.
- Strong knowledge of oilfield operations and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software (Axon), Microsoft Office apps, and GPS tracking systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Standard safety tickets.
Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
