Stevenson Memorial Hospital is seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist to add to our dynamic team in the growing community of New Tecumseth.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & OPPORTUNITIES:_
- The Birthing unit is combined with 4 LDRP’s and performs approximately 600 deliveries per year
- OR time available
- Complimentary on-site clinic time available
- On-call 1weekday
- Weekend coverage 1 in 4
- Fee for Service salary and Anesthesia support available 24/7
- On-call Sleep Room
- Supportive team (Especially for new graduates)
- Position available immediately
- QUALIFICATIONS:_

Applicant must be a licensed physician in the Province of Ontario and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons. Applicant must be eligible for appointment to the Credentialed Staff at Stevenson Memorial Hospital.

SMH is located New Tecumseth with a population of over 34,000 and is less than an hour from Toronto, offering the perfect combination of rural and urban amenities such as Banting Heritage Park, Golf Courses, Museum on the Boyne, Self-Guided Tours, Shopping, Tottenham Conservation Area, and the Trans Canada Trail, to name a few.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alliston, ON L9R 1M1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Doctoral Degree (preferred)

Work Location: In person
