We are in the midst of revolutionizing our core capabilities to maximize service and mission outcomes. This will include an integrated platform for relationship and people management, learning, intranet and data warehouse. In order to achieve all this, we are now recruiting for an Telco Analyst.

The Telco Analyst is responsible for leading strategies for defining, deploying, and maintaining telephony and internet services including IP telephony voice communication architecture and its associated network connections and component hardware across the organization and territory.

**What you will be doing**:
Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and maintain telecom standards, research upgrades and emerging technologies.
- Possess knowledge of telecom infrastructures, interconnected systems (such as intercoms, paging systems, nurse call systems), and IP telephony technologies.

Acquisition and Deployment:

- Establish backup, security standards, and documentation for standard devices
- Development of standard reports
- Installing, configuring, and supporting various network equipment and topologies

Operational Management:

- Act as a consultant for analog services, Digital PBX, fax, livestreaming, and internet.
- Provide support and training for solutions and standard mobile devices.
- Assist with billing and service reviews.
- Track and manage telephony contracts.
- Administer core VoIP systems and support telephony platforms and peripherals.
- Collaborate with management and users for implementing standard products.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Completion of a diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation and support of IT system, with 5+ years of IP Telephony installation, configuration, support
- 5+ years Network installation, configuration, support
- Deep understanding of technology concepts and design, specific focus on VoIP architecture
- Strong sense of integrity with professional ethics
- Able to proactively recognize potential risks and issues, respond with solutions and engage others in implementing change
