**Overview**:
This is a hybrid position.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Case Management**:Assist attorneys in the management of family law cases from initiation to resolution. Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all relevant documents are accurately filed and readily accessible. Monitor case deadlines and court appearances, proactively managing the legal calendar.
- **Legal Research and Analysis**:Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to family law matters. Summarize legal documents and assist in the preparation of legal arguments. Stay updated on changes in family law to ensure the provision of accurate and current information.
- **Document Preparation**:Draft, review, and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all legal documents before submission to the court.
- **Court Filings and Proceedings**:Assist with the preparation and filing of court documents. Coordinate with court clerks, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings. Attend court hearings and trials as needed, providing support to attorneys.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:Collaborate with other paralegals, legal assistants, and attorneys to ensure seamless workflow and case management. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience as a family law paralegal.
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
