**Customer Service Rep (Full Time) Markham, ON**

**Major Responsibilities** (Duties may include but are not limited to):

- Greet and assist customers with purchases, inquiries and appointment bookings.
- Inventory control, ordering and replenishment.
- Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered.
- Booking of CPAP/Walk in CPAP sales.
- Maintenance of showroom displays.
- Accounts payable for store paid vendors.
- Sending ADP forms to physicians and billing center.

**You will bring with you to this position**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer care.
- Fluency in English and French an asset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong computer aptitude that include proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Team oriented.
- Self-motivated with ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to adhere to month end deadlines and with short delays.
- Experience in JD Edwards is an asset.
- Retail and merchandising experience.
