**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues using appropriate tools
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on job sites
- Follow building codes and regulations
- Respond to plumbing emergencies promptly

**Skills**:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Proficiency with hand tools for plumbing tasks
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems
- Welding skills to work on metal pipes if required
- Commercial driving experience may be beneficial for transportation of equipment
- Familiarity with blueprint reading for layout planning
- Capability to assemble, disassemble, and reassemble plumbing components
- Proficiency with power tools commonly used in plumbing work
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
