Description

Le ou la commis responsable boutique gère la marchandise du département boutique tout en offrant un bon service à la clientèle et en répondant aux besoins des clients.

Responsabilités:

- Offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire
- Commander les marchandises
- Monter les promotions (bouts d’îlots, étalages )
- Gérer des retours et surplus de marchandises
- Mettre à jour des planogrammes
- Gérer des périmés
- Maintenir les standards du département boutique
- Gestion des prix

Compétences et connaissances:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication et le service à la clientèle
- Responsable et dynamique
- Bonne connaissance de la langue française et anglaise

Scolarité:
Attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) - Non terminé

Expérience:
1 à 2 ans d’expérience
