**Intent of the process**:
ANTICIPATORY PROCESS - A pool of qualified persons resulting from this process will be created and will be used to fill similar positions with linguistic profiles (english essential, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, bilingual imperative CBC/CBC, bilingual non imperative BBB/BBB, bilingual non imperative CBC/CBC) as well as tenures (indeterminate, deployment, acting, assignment, secondment, specified period) which may vary according to the position being staffed.

EDUCATION:

- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/ or experience.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
AS-01 & AS-02
- Experience in providing general administrative support services, including using an electronic document management system and managing a file tracking system;
- Experience preparing, reviewing or processing sensitive documents (including correspondence);

AS-01 ONLY
- Experience in managing an inbox, including responding to inquiries and providing guidance to clients and management.

AS-02 ONLY
- Experience in providing quality control for style and format of documents (including correspondence);
- Experience in coordinating, reviewing, and monitoring the production and delivery of documents (such as, but not limited to various briefing documents or reports) for senior officials*.

Definition:

- Senior official is defined as Director level (EX-01) and above within the public service. In the private sector, a senior official is defined as a leader who has the authority to influence change/direct the work for a company/organization.

ASSET EXPERIENCE:
AS-01 & AS-02
- Experience managing Cabinet Papers;
- Experience in the coordination of materials associated with the processing of ATIP requests.
