Content Creator

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Content Creator with a creative flair to join our team. As a Content Creator at Design Rooster, you will have a multifaceted role, responsible for managing and growing social media platforms for our clients and our company, as well as creating engaging content. You will use Adobe Creative Suites and Canva to develop marketing solutions, ensuring a strong online presence for our clients. In this role you will also be producing high quality photos and videos to create engaging content for different platforms. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and stay updated on social media trends while making a significant impact.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple social media accounts for clients across various platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for each client.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new strategies and tactics.
- Edit and proofread content before publication to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Prepare monthly reports for SEO, web traffic, and analytics.
- Plan and schedule content on social media calendars.
- Grow and maintain social media accounts through community engagement and monitoring.
- Produce high-quality photo and video content to engage audiences and enhance our online presence.
- Use tools and software for photo and video editing and production.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Design, Communications, PR, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
- Portfolio or experience with running a social media account.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in design programs and design apps (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in Photography and videography to create engaging content.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Later, etc.
- Experience with social media paid ads is an asset but not required.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera.

Please note that this is a full-time in-office position located in Kleinburg, ON.
