Terrana Services is currently looking for another Service Technician to join our team in Richmond. If repairing and solving mechanical issues is what you love to do, if you enjoy getting out on the road to see different customers and face new challenges each day, we'd love to hear from you

**WHAT WE'RE OFFERING**:

- **Salary**:Starting Range of $41,600 to $62,400 annually based on experience.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Customer-service oriented

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Travel to sites to diagnose technical issues and provide service and repairs to packaging equipment as required
- Diagnose and repair equipment and tools in-house
- Conduct preventative maintenance to equipment to reduce downtime and production interruptions
- Accurately identify and order required parts through diagnosis, parts documentation and communication with suppliers as deemed necessary
- Accurately document all service work with digital service forms, recording time, parts, service performed and other critical details
- Support the Service Manager in the preparation and installation of new equipment at customer locations
- Communicate with customers and other stakeholders in a professional and positive manner that positively represents Terrana Services
- Maintain an organized and clean shop/work area that facilitates efficiency and safety
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$62,400.00 per year
