**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials, including wood, drywall, and other building materials
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures, such as cabinets, doors, windows, frameworks, and furniture
- Install moldings, trims, and hardware
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and carpentry methods
- Excellent understanding of construction materials and their uses
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality craftsmanship
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that require heavy lifting and manual labor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
