The team** **in** Vancouver, BC is** looking for a passionate, hard-working **Patient Care & Sales Coordinator** **on** a **full-time **basis.
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled with computer **(Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, website, spreadsheets, and EMR software)** to join our team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**The successful applicant will perform multiple roles in our clinic, including but not limited to**:

- Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- ** Complete patients billing, POS, invoices, quotes, handling cash transactions and the end of day reconciliations.**:

- Ability to successfully educate, promote, sell, upsell, products, skincare, and treatments we provide.
- You will be expected to keep the clinic tidy and do some light housekeeping as well as other administrative duties assigned to you.

- 2 years experience as Front desk/Reception is required.
