Atlantic Driving Academy has been training drivers in New Brunswick since 1986 and we are expanding Are you drawn to coaching, training and helping others? Do you enjoy driving? Becoming a licensed instructor may be the perfect career

Working hours are flexible but there is some evening and weekend work. A company car is provided for work purposes:
**Requirements**:

- Class 5 drivers license for a minimum of 4 years
- Clean Driving Record
- NB Provincial Driver Education Instructor Course (to be provided to successful applicants)
- Criminal Record Check (including the vulnerable sector)

Primary Responsibilities:

- Private in car training, teaching the Atlantic Driving Academy proprietary curriculum
- Evaluating and reporting student progress
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
- Consistently demonstrate a professional code of conduct

**Skills**:

- Passion for teaching and mentoring others
- Good driving skills
- Relaxed communication style
- Team player but also able to work independently
- Comfortable with learning/using internal software system
- Strong understanding of customer services and dedication to clients

**Benefits**:

- Starting wage range $19.00-$22.00 based on experience (or if already a licensed instructor)
