Concrete Laborer

We are seeking dedicated Concrete placing and finishing Laborers to join our team. As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist in various concrete projects, ensuring jobs get done in a reasonable timeframe.

**Duties**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Perform basic placing and finishing concrete tasks as needed

**Skills**:

- _**Must have a valid drivers license and a way to commute to job. if you don't have either do not apply. **_
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment, basic knowledge of_ **placing and finishing concrete is an asset**_
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Prior experience in concrete and some experience in the construction trade.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.77 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Casual dress
- On-site parking

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Concrete forming: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 License with a vehicle (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-28
