**Duties**:

- Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Be the Point of Contact (PoC) with the 3PL Partner
- Direct, optimize, and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs
- Arrange warehouse and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timelines targets

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor or similar role
- Thorough knowledge of supply chain related software (incl.: EDI, WMS, Last-Mile Logistics Service Providers)
- Comfortable in using MS Office Suite (esp. EXCEL)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
- Certification in Logistics/ Supply Chain or related field

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
