As a **Marketing Coordinator**, you'll play a key role in the marketing team. In collaboration with the Marketing Manager, you'll help develop and implement tactics to increase awareness of our company and our core product, the DICE technology, while supporting the nurturing of the leads in the sales funnel.

**Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordinator**:

- Participate in the development of an inbound marketing content strategy (social networks, SEO, newsletters, etc.) and deploy it;
- _Social networks: create a publication calendar, write publications, produce visuals and put publications online;_
- _SEO: participate in SEO implementation, write and optimize blog posts;_
- Coordinate and produce product explanatory and promotional content (photos and videos);
- Create, deploy and optimize digital campaigns via Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and other specialized platforms;
- Update the information content of both websites and propose UX optimizations.
- Create promotional material for the sales team: presentation documents, brochures, banners, etc.

**Qualifications/ Required Skills**:

- College or university degree in marketing, communications or related field (AEC, DEC, Certificate or Bachelor's degree);
- Bilingual English/French
- Excellent writing skills
- Familiarity with Office suite or GSuite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign) an asset;
- Familiarity with Wordpress and Shopify (or equivalent) an asset;
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM an asset;
- Demonstrate a sense of aesthetics;
- Attention to detail, meticulousness and precision;
- Good communication and collaboration skills;
- Autonomy and dynamism;
- Keen interest in learning.

En tant que tant que **Coordonnateur(trice) marketing**, tu occuperas un rôle clé au sein de l’équipe marketing. En collaboration avec la Responsable Marketing, tu participeras à l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre des tactiques visant à accroître la notoriété de l’entreprise et notre produit phare, la technologie DICE, tout en soutenant la qualification des prospects dans le tunnel de vente.

**Principales fonctions du ou de la Coordonnateur(trice) marketing**:

- Participer à l’élaboration d’une stratégie de contenu _inbound_ marketing (réseaux sociaux, SEO, infolettres, etc.) et la déployer;
- Réseaux sociaux : créer un calendrier de publications, rédiger les publications, produire les visuels et mettre en ligne les publications;
- SEO : participer à la mise en place du SEO, rédiger et optimiser les articles de blogue;
- Infolettres : créer un calendrier de contenu, rédiger les courriels, produire les visuels et faire l’envoi.
- Coordonner et produire du contenu explicatif et promotionnel de nos produits (photos et vidéos);
- Créer, déployer et optimiser les campagnes numériques prévues au plan média via Google Ads, Linkedin Ads et autres plateformes spécialisées;
- Mettre à jour le contenu informatif des deux sites web et proposer des optimisations UX.
- Créer du matériel promotionnel pour l’équipe des ventes: documents de présentations, brochures, bannières, témoignages, etc.
