**Duties**:

- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Assemble and install structures such as walls, roofs, flooring, and decks
- Install fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Repair or replace damaged or rotting structures
- Perform drywall installation and finishing
- Perform plaster installation and finishing
- Perform water damage restoration
- Perform maintenance person tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a carpenter
- Proficient in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Experience with remodeling projects
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing
- Experience with plaster installation and finishing
- Experience with water damage restoration
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina
- Valid driver's license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$32.00 per hour
