Zambri’s is an award winning 120 seat restaurant in Victoria, serving authentic Italian dishes using only the freshest ingredients; pouring wines from a unique and ever changing list and curating a cocktail list that follows the seasons. In business for 22 years, Zambri’s is a leading restaurant in the capital of BC.

Zambri's is looking for an day-time expeditor whose main job is to ensure efficiency and quality of food going from the kitchen to the customer. This position involves numerous responsibilities that allow the restaurant to perform at a peak level. The Expeditor also helps to manage Front of House inventory and par levels of dry storage items.

The Expeditor must be comfortable with managing their immediate support staff such as bussers and food runners and are expected to answer food related questions and queries involving the restaurant's standards of service. They must be able to clearly communicate with the kitchen team.

Time management and organization are necessary qualities to have.

Must have at least one year of experience as a restaurant support staff in a similar role.
