Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team for an 8 story apartment building. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness within our facilities.

**Duties**:

- Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, floor stripping, waxing and buffing
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Cleaning of units for new move-ins.

**Skills**:

- Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and areas
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Pay: $16.55-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
