**Preferred Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree or above in Family Finance, Consumer and Family Economics, Financial Counseling, Human Development and Family Studies, Family & Child Services, Early Childhood Education, Education, or closely related discipline.

Experience securing and administering grants and/or contracts.

Training or experience with family finance, human sciences, and/or family studies principles(e.g., early childhood, parenting education, adult development).

Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating human sciences programs.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
**The position will focus on Family Wellbeing within Human Sciences. The position will promote Extension engagement and education with youth, families, businesses, and diverse communities; especially with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of color). Responsibilities include providing educational opportunities through programming leadership, delivery, consultation, technical assistance, and support for integrated content in the areas of human sciences with primary focus on aspects of family wellbeing, including family life and family finance within a multi-county region. Additional duties include active participation in needs assessment processes and program development planning with family wellbeing program specialists statewide and in consultation with ISU Faculty. Additional duties may include the development of program materials and the provision of staff and volunteer training, as well as the development of educational models that may be used by the Extension and Outreach system to effectively build relationships with individuals, families, and communities.

- May provide training and/or direction to lower-level staff
- May lead projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Provides guidance to students
