United Gulf Developments is hiring a full time Handy person to take care of various projects across our portfolio. We are looking for someone with the following skills:
Service
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Self-starter who demonstrates professionalism and can work independently, but also as a team and can follow instructions
- Able to plan, organize and follow work through to completion
- Have an “eye for excellence” / detail oriented and forward thinking
- Excellent customer service skills a must
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to provide on call support evenings and weekends as required due to the nature of the job

Construction:

- Construction or general contractor experience a substantial asset
- Experience with building maintenance systems, heating, cooling, ventilation systems
- Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall etc.
- Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as required
- Maintenance & maintain the safety of all interior/exterior areas of the buildings

A valid drivers license is a MUST

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
