Janitor/cleaner

Based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Property One provides professional property management services for both commercial and residential properties in the area.

Property One is seeking part-time.
- Individuals will be responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of commercial buildings, office spaces and industrial buildings.
- Able to work weekends
- Able to work starting at 6am
- Wage based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Daily cleaning of industrial buildings.

Operate industrial vacuum cleaners.

Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings.

Empty trash cans and other waste containers.

Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs

Qualifications:
Previous janitorial/cleaning experience preferred

Strong listening skills, ability to follow direction

Ability to stand on feed for extended periods of time

Attention to detail

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
