Oast House Brewers team is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in Downtown Toronto/West GTA to exceed the volume and distribution results in the territory

Reporting to the General Manager and the Niagara Sales Coordinator, the Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales through volume and distribution gains in Downtown TorontoCore**, **GTA area and occasional out of town deliveries. The Sales Representative will be expected to produce results that meet and exceed distribution, maintaining the current customer base and finding new partners to serve our beers. Our Field Sales Representative will continually increase market share while building long-term relationships with customers.
- **Sales**_
- Pre-plan and execute sales calls to new and existing customers on master route. Types of assigned accounts vary by territory and may consist of retail (liquor stores, independent retailers), and on premise (restaurants, hotels and other similar venues)
- Present fact-based sales presentations to introduce new products and sell existing products
- Keep abreast of competitive trends and report appropriate developments
- Build quality relationships with customers
- Supporting/assisting delivery drivers as needed
- Keep on top of new bar openings in the region, as well as movement of bar management
- Be the face of Oast House Brewers in Toronto-you are to promote the philosophy that we stand by
- **Budget Management**_
- Control operating and A&P expenses and manage budget and expenses appropriately
- Deliver and exceed on annual budget for assigned territory in terms of revenue and distribution
- **Administration**_
- Monitor and track customer trends
- Attend and participate in events, training and meetings
- Coordinate and conduct tastings, festivals and events as required
- Review and prepare reports/sales materials
- Set weekly route plan and manage objectives
- Assisting accounts receivable
- Weekly/monthly virtual check-in’s

**What You Have**:

- A post-secondary degree, ideally with a focus on business, marketing, or sales or proven field experience
- Relevant sales experience - background in the beverage alcohol category, particularly beer, would be an asset.
- Energetic, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and diligent.
- Strong communications skills and a dedication to customer service.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to be proactive in anticipating our customers’ needs.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - willingness to adapt and support in new areas of the business as required.
- You are Passionate: A strong passion for our great beer
- Must be eager to learn and grow and drive for results creatively.
- Reporting and communication skills, efficient and knowledgeable in use of computer and communication technologies.
- A reliable vehicle and clean driving record (we provide a monthly vehicle allowance)
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Willingness to lift the occasional keg or flat

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
