**Review Agent**

**Full Time Permanent**

**Hybrid role**

**As a Review Agent, you will play a critical role in achieving the mission of the MCC.**

**What you’ll do**
- Review and analyze medical documents submitted for source verification and exam eligibility
- Make decisions regarding medical credentials, language translation requests, other support documents and exam eligibility
- Identify complex issues/cases and perform research, gather information, documents and formulate recommendations to be reviewed in accordance with escalation processes
- Maintain data and document integrity, assuring superior quality of such data, information and correspondence.

**What you need to succeed**

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years’ experience providing customer service, preferably in an office environment

**Technical Skills**:

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Word, Excel and the ability to learn and work with internal database systems
- Proficiency using the internet to retrieve information quickly

**Competencies**:

- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to conduct research and to elicit pertinent information from clients
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to be tactful and discrete

**Language**:

- Advanced oral and written skills in English, advanced oral and written skills in French is considered a strong asset

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
