LE RÔLE
Notre équipe de vente au détail est à la recherche d'un(e) marchand(e) visuel(le) de secteur pour se joindre à notre équipe de Québec Le marchandiseur visuel de secteur est le chef de file visuel basé dans un magasin sélectionné et soutient nos autres emplacements au besoin pendant les périodes creuses et les périodes achalandées de l'année. Cette personne présentera des étalages de marchandisage visuel du plus haut niveau en tant que magasin principal du district. En soutenant l'équipe de vente au détail, vous veillerez à maximiser la rentabilité du magasin à chaque occasion par le biais de présentations visuelles, en aidant à la cartographie du sol et au développement des employés.
**Tâches/responsabilités**:

- Garantir que la directive VM est appliquée et que tous les points ont été atteints.
- Effectuer des visites hebdomadaires de votre magasin, en veillant à ce que les points qui doivent être abordés soient soulevés et fassent l'objet d'une action.
- S'assurer que votre magasin est commercialement bien organisé, en analysant les chiffres pour vous aider à décider de l'emplacement des produits et des déplacements.
- Soutenir un autre magasin, lorsqu'il y est affecté, en s'assurant que tous les points VM sont traités, que le magasin est commercial et qu'il respecte les normes VM.
- Veiller à ce que vos magasins reçoivent une formation en matière de marchandisage visuel.
- Préparer et mener des sessions de développement avec les équipes en magasin et les futurs talents potentiels.
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les responsables régionaux des ventes, les responsables de district et le responsable régional des visuels.
- Effectuer des rapports de visite des magasins et les soumettre au responsable visuel et commercial du district, en veillant à ce que le marchandiseur en magasin et l'équipe de direction soient au courant des mesures à prendre.

**Compétences/Expérience/Connaissances requises**:

- Un minimum d'un an d'expérience dans le domaine du marchandisage visuel est requis.
- Un minimum de 6 mois à 1 an de compétences en gestion de vente au détail est requis.
- Le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de gestion du temps
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite
- Un grand souci du détail et une sensibilité commerciale
- Compétences informatiques - Microsoft Outlook, Word et Excel (avantageux)
- Permis de conduire de préférence
- Volonté de voyager pour aider à l'ouverture de nouveaux magasins
