The Customer Service / Parts Representative will interact with the company customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Parts picking / order fulfillment for all counter sales.
- Product research and identification for parts inquiries
- Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
- Monitors customer orders while working with purchasing department to ensure meeting customer requirements are met.
- Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Performs other related duties as assigned, including occasional backup in Shipping area.
- Required Skills/Abilities:_
- Excellent communication skills including active listening.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new software.
- Able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment.
- Ability to work in an office and warehouse setting
- Multilingual in any of the following languages: French, English, Punjabi, Hindi would be an asset, but not required. Must be fluent in English.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
