Firm Formwork is seeking Formwork Carpenters - Journeyman and Apprentices to join our growing team. We are a small formwork contractor with big plans. We are building a team from the ground up. If you have formwork experience or want to learn, get in touch All new formwork equipment. Knowledge of Doka Wall & Deck Systems is considered an asset.

We are located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, one of Canada’s fastest-growing cities.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPERIENCE**:

- Working on multi-story (9+ Floors) commercial construction sites
- Working within formwork, building panels for footings, slabs, retaining walls, stairs, etc.
- Able to get to the site for 7 AM
- Knowledge of Doka Wall & Deck Systems is considered an asset.

**WORK CONDITIONS**:

- Site located in downtown Halifax - Parking is paid
- Working outside - exposure to the elements
- Wages are at Union rates and also include medical/dental benefits and Pension contributions.

**MINIMUM EXPECTATIONS**
- Act with respect, integrity, and honesty at all times. Present yourself in such a way as to provide a professional image of yourself and the company at all times.
- Report to work on time and work in an efficient and safe manner, protecting not only yourself but other people and property around you.
