Pembina Co-op is hiring for full-time Health, Safety & Asset Protection Advisor at our Administration location in St. Leon, MB.

**What you’ll do**:
Reporting primarily to the People, Culture & Communications Manager, the Health, Safety & Asset Protection Advisor is responsible for providing leadership in the areas of health & safety and asset protection. This position is responsible for all aspects of health & safety including analysis, reporting, incident investigation, hazard identification and policies, procedures and programs, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and maintaining the established health & safety program. This position will also be responsible for implementing asset protection management protocols, such as lock & key management, fraud protection, security, and internal investigations.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in Health, Safety & Asset Protection and:

- You have post secondary education related to health & safety or security/asset protection.
- You have 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Your self motivation and drive allow you to work with mínimal to no supervision in the general day-to-day duties and you are self aware of when complex issues require further discussion.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
