With a continued focus on service and customer relationships, Quartz Co is growing rapidly and looking for team members who will help to support and grow our brand in the Ontario Market. We are looking for a Showroom Associate to manage our showroom in Port Carling.

As the Showroom Associate you are the face of QuartzCo. You will be responsible for handling the customers in the showroom and ensuring that the sales floor is visually appealing and inviting to customers. You are an expert in product knowledge and provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include handling all areas of jobs from start to finish, managing schedules and objectives, problem solving and maintaining active communication within the team internally.

**In this role your responsibilities will be as mentioned below but not limited to**:

- Streamline communication between the company and specified accounts /retail end users as the main point of contact.
- Ensure that the showroom is visually appealing and inviting for customers.
- Greet clients, assist with selection of material, and follow up as required.
- Supporting outside sales team as and when required
- Quoting
- Template and install scheduling.
- Inputting and submitting orders, ensuring they are processed accurately.
- Administrative duties
- Organization & Coordination within the team and other departments internally
- Problem solving, handling job issues in a timely manner.
- Promoting customer satisfaction
- Defining problems with process and suggesting / implementing solutions to increase effectiveness.
- Collecting deposits, processing credit card payments,

**Qualifications**
- College Diploma or University Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Tactful and diplomatic communicator able to exchange ideas and information with customers and team members in a concise and logical way.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
- Ability to multitask, work independently, as well as, in a team environment in a fast-paced environment.
- A go-getter with strong organizational, planning, problem solving and time management skills
- Proficiency in software tools including Microsoft Office and CRM software and AutoCAD will be an added benefit.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Current Hours** - 8:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday with some Saturday appointments required.

**Experience**:

- Interior Design: 1 year (preferred)
- Showroom Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Experience in Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Work Location**: In Person

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
