Primary Responsibilities:
1. Operate powered grinders and slicing machines to grind meats and slice cooked meats.

2. Prepare meat, meat products, fish, and seafood for sale by cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and pricing.

3. Conduct quality inspections of meat, fish, and seafood, ensuring adherence to expiry dates and proper product rotation.

4. Provide recommendations to customers on complementary or alternative meat or fish products.

5. Receive and store merchandise following company standards.

6. Maintain equipment, displays, and work area to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

7. Adhere to government health and safety regulations and occupational health and safety standards.
