Key Holder

Currently looking for Keyholders in the Caledonia area to join our growing team in our Caledonia Location.

**Job duties include but not limited to**
- Greet and ID customers. Confirm customers entering the store are 19+ before entering the store.
- Sales and cash handling.
- Supervising Budtenders
- Helping customers find products that align with their needs.
- Answer any questions/concerns they may have using product knowledge.
- Keep store clean and organized.
- Stocking and inventory management
- Inventory audits
- Accurate cash management

**Requirements**:

- Must have Cannsell certification.
- Must obtain a police record check.
- **Attention to detail is a **_**must**_**.**:

- Independent, able to work alone or in a team.
- 1 year of Customer service experience.
- 1 year of retail experience.
- 1 year of cash handling experience.
- **Cannabis knowledge is a strong asset.**

**Shift-Lead Hours: 8-20 hrs per week - $17.55/hr**

**Summary**:
As a Key Holder (PART TIME), you will be a vital part of our retail team, utilizing core skills in POS, retail sales, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and exceptional shopping experiences for our customers. Your premium skills in negotiation and merchandising will be valuable in driving sales and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. With relevant skills in marketing and organizational abilities, you will assist in inventory management and promotional activities. **Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.55 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week
