**Position**: Real Estate Leasing Agent

**Salary**: Starting from $36,000.00 per year + Commission and Bonuses

**Role Overview**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Encourage property viewings for prospective tenants
- Evaluate and qualify prospective tenants based on needs and suitability
- Conduct property tours with potential tenants
- Provide leasing information via phone as per established procedures
- Assist in creating compelling advertisements
- Contact and assess creditworthiness of tenants through credit checks, landlord references, and employment verification

**Job Details**:

- Salary: Starting from $36,000.00 per year
- Benefits: Casual dress, company events, dental care, extended health care, flexible schedule, on-site parking, vision care
- Language Requirement: Fluency in French not mandatory
- Schedule: Every Weekend, Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Additional Pay: Commission, Signing Bonus

**Application Requirements**:

- Are you willing to work a minimum of 55 hours per week? => Significant monthly sales commissions on top of the base salary
- Licence/Certification: Driver's license and access to a car (required)
- Work Location: In-person
