**Wages**:
- Truck driver with equipment operator experience - $22-26
**Shifts**:
- Monday to Friday - weather permitting (8:00am to 6:00pm)
- Weekend availability (to make up for rain days, etc.)

**What you will do**:
- Safely operate a landscape truck or similar vehicle to transport materials
- Load and unload equipment, tools, and materials from the truck while ensuring proper securing and protection during transit.
- Conduct routine inspections of the truck to ensure it is in proper working order and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a safe driving record.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate logistics and communicate any changes or delays in delivery schedules.
- Operate a range of landscape equipment, including but not limited to skid steers, excavators, loaders, tractors, and utility vehicles.
- Safely and efficiently maneuver equipment to perform tasks such as grading, excavation, material handling, planting, and site preparation.
- Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to coordinate workflow and ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Assist with other landscape-related tasks, including general labour, site cleanup, and equipment maintenance, as needed.
- Any other tasks pertaining to landscape construction and maintenance.
**What you will bring**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a truck driver and operating heavy equipment.
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License Class 5 is Min 3A or 1A is required for trucking
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Physically fit with strong stamina and the ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
- Ensuring safe and efficient practices are being utilized when operating tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Effective English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Smartphone skills an asset for job reporting (personal smartphone with data plan must be used throughout the day for communication, payroll, and reporting).
**Work Conditions**:
- Various locations including both residential and commercial landscape construction sites.
- Working near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis.
- Working outdoors in various conditions including cold, heat and humidity, rain, dust, and noise.
- Working flexible hours including occasional weekend work, stat holidays, or Flex Work Week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
