Foreman/siding Installer

Lead Hand/Siding Installer wanted for busy exterior finishing company. This job is full time and hands on. We are looking for the right hardworking individuals that don't mind getting their hands dirty and love working outdoors. We offer flexible work hours when needed and performance bonuses.

Experience installing various types of siding, soffit and fascia such as vinyl, aluminum and wood is required. Experience bending custom flashings, capping etc. with a brake would be an asset but not mandatory, training will be provided. Transportation to the job site from the shop will be paid and transportation with company truck will be provided. The duties for this position include:

- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Experience in leading/supervising a small crew of workers
- Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Keeping a clean and organized jobsite
- Moving/setting up of scaffold and other equipment
- Commitment to safety rules
- Must have reliable transportation to shop or job sites and G license

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
