**Résumé du poste**:
En tant que vice-président(e) des finances de Location Claireview, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans la supervision des opérations financières. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des stratégies financières, de l'analyse des risques et de la santé financière globale de l'organisation. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un leader dynamique possédant une solide expérience en finance et ayant fait ses preuves en matière de gestion, de comptes clients, de réconciliation des comptes et plus.

**Responsabilités**:

- Gérer une équipe comptable de 6 personnes.
- Préparer des modules de formation appropriés.
- Mettre en œuvre des méthodes interfonctionnelles pour améliorer le soutien opérationnel.
- Effectuer des analyses de crédit et du sommaire des comptes.
- Examiner et débloquer les paiements par virement bancaire.
- Tenir à jour le registre des livrets et des encaissements.
- Évaluer les états financiers finaux avant de les soumettre aux propriétaires et aux institutions financières.
- Examiner tous les rapports de fin de mois.
- Effectuer les remises de taxes (TVQ / TPS).
- Réviser le rapport d'analyse des stocks.
- Maintenir les contrôles internes mensuels.
- Réviser le rapport sur l'ancienneté des comptes débiteurs.
- Superviser les rapprochements des paiements préautorisés et des cartes de crédit.
- Réviser les dépôts quotidiens pour les véhicules
- Superviser tous les processus de trésorerie et effectuer les suivis nécessaires.
- Examiner les facilités de crédit.
- Participer aux audits trimestriels et annuels menés par les banques.
- Mettre en œuvre les recommandations d'audit afin de garantir la conformité financière.

**Exigences/qualités**:

- Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité ou dans un domaine connexe. MBA ou CPA de préférence.
- Expérience confirmée (plus de 8 ans) en gestion financière, dont au moins 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle de direction.
- Solide connaissance de la planification financière, de la budgétisation, des prévisions et de l'analyse.
- Solide connaissance des PCGR canadiens et des IFRS.
- Compréhension approfondie des principes comptables, de la réglementation et des normes d'information financière.
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de prise de décision.
- Maîtrise avancée des logiciels financiers, des systèmes de planification des ressources de l'entreprise (ERP) et de Microsoft Excel.
- Capacités exceptionnelles de leadership et de gestion d'équipe.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication et de présentation.

**Role Summary**:
As the Vice President of Finance for Claireview Leasing, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations. You will be responsible for managing financial strategies, analyzing risks, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. We are seeking a dynamic leader with a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success in management, accounts receivable, account reconciliation, and more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage an accounting team of 6 members.
- Prepare proper training modules.
- Implementing cross functional methods to improve operational support.
- Conduct credit and account summary analysis.
- Review and release wire payments.
- Maintain booklet and cash receipt log.
- Assess final financial statement package before submitting to owners and financial institutions.
- Review all month end closing reports.
- Complete tax remittance QST / GST.
- Review inventory analysis report.
- Maintain monthly Internal controls.
- Review AR aging report.
- Oversee PAP & credit card reconciliations.
- Review deposits for vehicles.
- Oversee all cashflow processes and conduct necessary follow ups.
- Credit facilities review.
- Assist in quarterly and yearly audits conducted by banks.
- Implement audit recommendations to ensure financial compliance.

**Requirements/Qualities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in financial management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Solid knowledge of Canadian GAAP and IFRS.
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting standards.
