We are definitely in growth mode and looking to build out another earthmoving crew. Todd Brothers Contracting has been serving the GTA for over 40 years, we are excited to add a construction foreman to our growing team. This person must have a minimum of 5 years relevant field experience. Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in efficiently executing complex heavy civil projects.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Plan and supervise and manage crew, including heavy equipment operators and laborer's
- Effectively plans and supervises day-to-day operations on site.
- Manage Crews and maintain project cost.
- Manage Project Timelines and schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
- Participate conduct Task Hazard Analysis reviews.
- Recognize and understands the safe operation of heavy equipment and materials
- Ensure daily Toolbox Meetings are completed.
- Ensures adequate site-specific safety orientation and training has been completed before for all staff working on-site.

**Applicant Requirements**
- Minimum of 5 years Bulk Earthwork experience including constructing roadways and subdivisions.
- Minimum of 5 years "Urban" subdivision grading
- Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OHS guidelines
- Experience with GPS grading technology
- Experience and High proficiency operating all relevant equipment, Dozers, Scrapers, Excavators, and Compaction Equipment.
- Strong experience and knowledge of aggregate materials and grading
- Proven demonstrated ability to manage teams and build internal and external relationships.

**Salary**: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
