**TITLE: Sale Representative**

**REPORT TO: Branch Manager**

**Position Description**

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a self-motivated, eager, target driven individual to add to our sales team. The focus of the role is multi-faceted with seeking out new customers/business, build existing services, ensure quality service, and meet performance standards.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Prospecting through cold calls, network and referrals to develop new business.
- Solves problems related to customer sales.
- Manages territory as directed and assigned.
- Implement and promote growth strategies for both company and customer.
- Maintains and updates files for current and perspective customers.
- Remains updated on competition and the competitive marketplace - i.e. sales, ideas, designs, alternatives, etc.
- Investigates complaints and resolves billing and service issues to benefit all parties with corrective measures.
- Comply with administration and reporting requirements.
- Other duties and projects may be assigned.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in sales, and / or customer service.
- Possess a valid Drivers License and a Clear Drivers Abstract. Travel will be required.
- Background in sales and industry knowledge is considered an asset.
- Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills
- Proven knowledge of providing customer service excellence.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Strong drive and desire to succeed and grow business.
- Proven ability to work independently, while being a team player to the greater sales team.
