We are currently seeking a **CPAP Clinician **to work at our **Hemlock location (The Snore Shop). **This will be a full-time, permanent position.

The Clinician will develop and implement treatment plans for patients suffering from snoring and sleep apnea which includes patient education and ongoing assessment and evaluation of patient progress to ensure optimal patient care. Specific responsibilities include the following:
**Key Accountabilities**
- Evaluates clients’ needs by reviewing data reports and determining respiratory therapy treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
- Conducts appointments and set-up of all necessary respiratory care equipment.
- Performs ongoing respiratory care to help screen, assess and treat patients with respiratory sleep issues.
- Establishes and provides new, on-going, and up-to-date servicing of respiratory sleep equipment.
- Demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our patients and family by educating, training, and assessing their needs in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Assists clients in accomplishing their treatment plan by recommending adjustments and modifications.
- Identifies any discrepancies with respiratory therapy/treatment and brings them to the attention of the physician.
- Maintains quality service by following the organization standards, policies and procedures and documenting customer complaints around quality of non-conforming products.
- Ensures operation of all respiratory care equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements.
- Contributes to growth of Respiratory Care by liaising with medical professionals and providing demonstrations of products/ services to prospective patients.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in professional societies and assisting in peer development through training programs.
- Seeks to continuously improve the operation of the clinic by evaluating processes and workflow and participating in other continuous improvement activities.
- Prepares the appropriate funding documents and maintains knowledge of funding systems and ensures clients and their family members have a thorough understanding of the funding process
- Any other reasonable duties requested by the Company

**Qualifications**
- RT, RN, LPN Designation is required
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; must be an effective team player
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve and work under patient caseload time limitations
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, videoconferencing)
- SalesForce experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with virtual care an asset; must be willing to integrate virtual care into practice
