Caretaker

**Overview**
Are you a dedicated and hardworking with a love for the outdoors? We're seeking a reliable RV Site Caretaker team(2people) responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our property from opening to closing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Property Management**:Oversee and manage all aspects of the RV site, including guest services, reservations, and day-to-day operations.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, minor repairs, and general upkeep of the facilities.
- **Customer Service**:Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Security**:Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- **Housekeeping**:Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and laundry facilities.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Handle reservations, payments, and record-keeping, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Personality**: Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
- **Physical Fitness**:Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- **Availability**:Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours as needed.
