- June 17-September 1: Wednesdays only, 8-10 hours per week.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a ColdAcre Technician, you'll be expected to spend about 60% of your time coordinating our WinterHarvest program and the remaining 40% assisting with our day-to-day farming operations. In the WinterHarvest program, you'll place product orders, track inventory, and ensure our customers receive their orders seamlessly. You'll also respond to customer inquiries, work to improve the user experience, and provide exceptional customer service. On the farming side, you'll care for crops from germination to harvest, perform system upkeep, and assist in the harvesting and packaging of all crops. You'll also play a part in maintaining our high standards for quality and food safety.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Customer service focused, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience using Google products and online spreadsheets.
- Experience managing inventory.
- Experience in a retail environment is an asset.
- An interest in year-round growing and local food production.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to stand for long periods, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 25 lbs.
