**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Monitor traffic flow of the Docks area during move-in/outs
Install/hang blackout drapes
Ensure that inspections of the loading facilities are completed as required
Communicate with various departments and contractors
Work in a safe manner
Some heavy lifting and/or carrying is required, as is the ability to work in all weather conditions
Job Skills and Requirements
Exhibit good customer services skills
Experience in using computer systems and utilizing MS Office would be an asset
Valid driver's license required
May require high reach equipment and propane training
Heavy lifting and carrying is required
Ability to work in all weather conditions (summer and winter)
Must have their own safety shoes
Must have experience in using computer systems and typing skills
Experience in using high reach equipment, forklift and propane training is an asset
Flexibility and shift work, including days, evenings, and weekends.
