Responsabilités:

- Soutien à la mise en œuvre du CPM
- Préparation des documents pour la séance de travail
- Documentation des outils et des processus
- Analyse des données
- Développement de modèles
- Animation des séances de travail
- Planification des réunions, procès-verbaux et mesures
- Suivi des mesures et mise à jour du plan
- Soutien à l’initiative Expérience client
- Prise en charge de la voix du client
- Contribution active à la conception du processus de visite des clients
